How do I enable SSO for my account?

Modified on Fri, 21 Mar at 2:48 PM

Right now, this feature is available for both our "Workplace" and "Enterprise" tiers of service. If you sign up for a "Team" tier account and want to upgrade to our other offerings, feel free to contact us at help@andfrankly.com

In order to enable access via SSO for &frankly you have to be granted Administrator rights to the account. If you already have Administrator rights, then go to Settings -> User Management and scroll down to the section “Authentication”, there you will find different guides depending on the SSO solution you already have. Following ANY of these guides will generate a file named “IDP Metadata.xml”

&frankly SSO with Azure

&frankly SSO with Okta

&frankly SSO with Oracle Identity Cloud

&frankly SSO with Google G Suite

&frankly SSO with ZOHO

&frankly SSO with Gemalto

&frankly SSO with IBM SAM

&frankly SSO with AWS

Once you have configured your Single Sign On solution above, please change the below setting to Enterprise Sign-on (SAML) and upload your IDP Metadata XML file and press save to enable SSO for your account. It should look like this:

After this is selected, all users will be directed to their SSO screen to enter their credentials moving forward.
