We're thrilled to have you on board as an early-access customer for our AI features. As we continue to enhance and refine our product, we are rolling out these features gradually to ensure the best possible user experience. 

 

This page will provide you with important information about what has been released so far, what's coming next, available resources to get started, and where to find support if you have any questions. 


 

Features Released So Far

  • Handbooks: Create high-quality handbooks effortlessly with the help of Simployer One AI Assistant.

  • Simployer One AI Slackbot: 

    • Handbook Retrieval: As an employee you can chat with our Simployer One AI Slackbot, in any language you want. The new Simployer One AI Slackbot takes handbook access to the next level. Now, you can seamlessly retrieve handbook information within Slack itself.

    • Employee Data Management: The Simployer One AI Slackbot can also assists you in viewing and updating employee data, right within the Slack interface. With AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities, our Slackbot can analyze your questions and generate personalized responses based on your role and permissions in Simployer One. Experience the convenience of accessing and managing employee data without leaving Slack.

What's Coming Next

We are committed to continuously improving and expanding our AI capabilities. In the near future, we will be releasing many exciting features. Here are two features coming soon: 

  • Simployer One AI Slackbot: We're currently improving our Slackbot's performance and adding the ability to request insights, like the turnover rate in a specific team. We'll keep you posted on when you can try it out. 

     

  • Simployer One AI Chatbot: In addition to our AI Slackbot, we're also working on our own chatbot. This chatbot will provide a conversational interface to interact with our platform and leverage the power of artificial intelligence.
