How to distribute the whistleblowing link within your organization and beyond
Once you've set up your Whistleblowing portal as described in this article you should make sure the link is distributed to all required parties.
For employees we recommend using two separate Simployer One features for this:
Add the link to Company documents
Go to Documents -> Company documents and add the link so that all employees can find it!


Tips: The link can now be added to Workflows during on- and/or off-boarding. You could instead add it to a "Welcome"-slide during onboarding if workflows isn't your thing!
Make an Announcement in the Dashboard
Another way to make sure people can find the link is to add it to your dashboard via an announcement.

Don't forget your candidates, shareholders and more
Having your employees informed is one thing but having non-employed contacts required by law informed is also important.
Distribute your whistleblowing link in your available channels to make it available to people that you work with externally. As an example in your footer on your web page(s), on a dedicated sub page on your website(s), on your careers page(s) or in your email signature(s).
