How does Simployer handle deviations and incidents?

Simployer has a quality system to prevent vulnerabilities, and a separate deviation management system to handle reported deviations. However, if Simployer reveals a breach of personal information security, Simployer is obliged, without undue delay, to notify the customer of the deviation according to agreed upon routines.  



Our customer support team is available on all working days between 08:00 and 16:00 (08:00 to 15:30 in the period 1/6 to 1/8). The customer shall report any security breaches in the applications to the DPA in accordance with the current agreement, as soon as they become aware of the incident.
