What is the difference between the options "Conversation with: Employee's Manager / Yourself" when creating a conversation round?

Modified on Wed, 16 Apr at 12:24 PM

If you select Employee's Manager, the nearest manager will always be the one conducting the conversation. If you select Yourself, then you will be the one having the conversation. This option is often used when the dialog administrator (often HR personnel) is conducting conversations with employees they are not the direct manager of.

To see this option, the person must be a dialog administrator.
