We’re missing the history from previous conversations

If some of the history is missing, it’s most likely because the previous conversations were not signed. Conversations must be signed before the history is carried over the next time the same questions are used. There are also settings on each question in the template that determine whether the history should be included or not. It may be helpful to check these if all conversations have been signed.
