Can a conversation round be changed from “Meeting with preparations” to “Direct meeting – no preparations required”?

This can be changed in the template under Advanced Settings. However, if the template has already been answered previously, it will no longer be possible to change this setting. In that case, the solution is to create a new template. If you want an identical version, you can copy the existing template.
