Do conversation rounds in Talent disappear for an employee who is deactivated in the portal?

The conversation round itself will not disappear. However, the specific conversation involving the deactivated employee will no longer be visible within the round. You can still find the conversation on the profile of the deactivated employee. 
Go to Manage Users → remove the "Active" status filter and search by name. This will display deactivated users. Then open the relevant user and select Conversations.
