Leave overview — everything in one place
Managers get a clear and up-to-date overview of leave for their team, including:
- Upcoming leave
- Pending leave requests
- Approved absences
Leave requests can be approved or declined directly from the dashboard, so managers can take action quickly.
KPIs — quick insights without extra effort
Key KPIs from the most recent months are automatically gathered and shown on the dashboard. Managers get a fast overview of Headcounts, Tenure, Average age and Gender distribution, without having to search for numbers or build reports themselves.
Sia for managers — support when you need it
Managers now have direct access to Sia straight from the dashboard. The Sia widget offers suggested questions and reliable, well-grounded answers, making it easy to get help when questions arise — and encouraging everyday use of AI support in manager tasks.
