Who gets access to Simployer Handbooks?


Customer Type

Why do I suddenly see new handbooks?

Handbooks One is now the standard solution for HRM One customers following the general rollout.

This is expected and part of the product evolution.


What happened to AlexisHR Handbooks?

The legacy AlexisHR handbook feature will be retired in 2026.

If you were actively using it, your content remains available for now. You will receive communication well in advance of any retirement action but you are encourraged to start moving your content to new handbooks.


I expected ready-made content but don’t see anything

Ready-made content is only included in:

  • Complete tier
  • Eligible HRM One upgrade customers

If you're unsure about your subscription, contact Support.


What languages are available?

By default:

Country

Sweden
Swedish + English
Norway
Norwegian + English
Other
Local language + English

Customers can be given access to other languages if they ask for it. If you are entitled to one 

Language you can have them all.


Who can create or edit content?

Role

Create & edit
Handbook Admins

View only


Can we control visibility?

Yes. You can manage:

  • Publishing status
  • User permissions
  • Access settings


What if something looks incorrect?

We are aware that historical data is not perfect.

If you believe you should have access to Simployer content but do not see it:

Please contact Support and we will review your account.


What happens next?

We are:

  • Monitoring adoption
  • Preparing communication around Alexis retirement
  • Continuing to improve content availability

You will receive clear communication before any major changes.
