How the Learnifier integration with Simployer One works

How does the Learnifier integration with Simployer One work?

Learnifier makes API requests to Simployer One and retrieves the user information required for the integration. Simployer One is the master data source.

• Synchronization frequency: Once per day

Which user fields are synchronized from Simployer One to Learnifier?

The Learnifier integration retrieves and updates users from Simployer One. The following user fields are synchronized:

• Name
• Private email - replaced by work email
• Work email
• Organization
• Employment type
• Start date
• End date
• Title
• Department
• Office

Note: The synchronized fields listed above reflect the Learnifier integration as documented on August 19th, 2026. Learnifier controls the integration and is the source of truth for current synchronization behavior. What happens in Learnifier if I archive a user in Simployer One?

If you archive a user in Simployer One, the user remains in Learnifier. Archiving the user in Simployer One does not remove the user from Learnifier

What happens in Learnifier if I delete a user in Simployer One?

If you delete a user in Simployer One, the user is removed from Learnifier during the next daily synchronization. This applies to both hard deletion and soft deletion in Simployer One.

Important: When a user is deleted from Learnifier through the synchronization, all of the user’s information and course progress in Learnifier are also removed.

Can Learnifier send certificates and skills/competencies back to Simployer One?

Not currently. Support for sending certificates and skills/competencies from Learnifier to Simployer One is planned for a future release.
