I receive an error message when signing: "Something went wrong. You do not have the necessary rights to authenticate yourself and/or sign."

When this error message appears, it is due to a deviation in the email or phone number entered during verification compared to what is stated in the contract. The information in the contract is also included in the email received with the signing link. The email must be entered in lowercase letters during verification.
