We want to add a new department so that we can report deviations for that department. Can we do this ourselves?

Go to "Case Management" and select "Organization" in the blue top menu. First, select where in the structure you want to add the new department, then click "Create New", give it a name, and add the persons who will be the main responsible and case handler.
