It is possible to make changes to the organizational structure, and this can be maintained by you as the customer.
To access the administration pages for the organization, go to My Company in the menu on the left-hand side.
Add a department
To add a new department, click on the department that will be the parent (higher-level) department. This will take you to the settings for the parent department.
Click the action button (the circle with three dots) next to "General info." From there, select Create department. A dialog box will appear where you need to fill in the necessary information.
Belongs to: Here, you select the department that will be the parent department of the new one you are creating.
Type: You can choose between different types:
Enterprise (Konsern): Used only at the topmost level of the structure. It is not possible to link employments to this level.
Legal entity: Used for departments that are legal entities where employments can be linked. There can be multiple legal entities in the system, and they may be placed as "siblings" or "sub-units."
Internal department: Used for all other departments under a legal entity, regardless of their level in the structure. Internal departments can exist alongside each other or as sub-units of one another.
- If you wish to add a department number, you can do so in the Code field.
- Enter the department name in the Name field.
- For the legal entity, you must enter the organization number and the company number.
If you have multiple company numbers, these should be added to other departments within the structure under the correct legal entity. - You can also enter a NACE code, if applicable.
- Finally, search for the person who will be the manager of the department.
The selected person will be registered as both the immediate manager and the manager with personnel responsibility for employees linked to that department.
Edit the settings of an existing department
When changes occur in a department, it’s important to update the organizational structure accordingly.
This is done by clicking the pencil icon next to the unit overview. Then scroll down to the field you want to update and enter the new values.
If a new manager is assigned to the department, you can change this by removing the current manager and searching for the new one.
Remember to save your changes when you're done.
Deactivate a department
If you have a department that should not be active yet, it can be deactivated.
We recommend that you remove the company number and manager before deactivating the department.
To do this, click the pencil icon next to the unit overview and make the necessary changes.
Once you have saved and closed the window, Click the action button (the circle with three dots) next to "General info." From there, select Create department. Deactivate unit.
Company logo
Go to 'My Business' and click on the level where you want to add the logo. Then click on the circle with three dots next to 'General Info,' and in the menu that appears, select 'Change Picture.
Logo does no longer appear on the start page.
