Is there a way for me as an administrator to check if a birthday notification email has been sent to the nearest manager? One manager says he is not receiving the notification, while everyone else is. Can I check this somewhere myself?

Unfortunately, you do not have access to such a log. Please contact the customer support center, and they will assist you with checking Simployer and email logs.
