Which groups and results you have access to as a manager is usually determined by your Employee Surveys account administrator, or the person that scheduled the survey/pulse.
As a manager, you often have access to your own answers, results for the group that you are group owner of (or have viewing rights to), and sometimes also the aggregated results for your organization.
