AI Assistant in Employee Surveys
Administrators and Managers will now have immediate access to results and insights across key areas within Employee Surveys. You will be able to monitor participation in pulses over time, compare across top and bottom performing groups, spot trends, highlight areas of concern and much more.
The assistant will help users uncover insights across key areas:
- Engagement Score
- Response Rates
- NPS Results
- KPI Results
You find the AI Assistant in the top banner next to the profile picture.
Please remember that the Assistant tries it’s best to answer the questions, but sometimes it will fail. Make sure to be as clear as possible when asking the questions. What group are you interested in, during what period etc. If you have access to a lot of data, maybe have an old organization structure, the Assistant will still search through those data points.
