Can we run reports on how much expenses we have had per wage type?

No, but you can run a report on how much you’ve spent per expense type. Go to "Reports --> Travel and Expenses." Here, you choose the type of report, for example, "By Expense Type," and the period. You will get the names of the expense types, and once you know which wage type is linked to each, you'll have the report.
