Deactivate unit

To deactivate a unit, all units at lower levels must be deactivated, and no active cases can exist.

Here’s how to deactivate a unit:

1. Select the unit you want to deactivate (the lowest level in the structure).
2. Click the "Deactivate" button.
3. You can view deactivated units by checking the box at the bottom left.

It is only possible to delete a unit if no deviations have ever been reported for it.
