Reports

When you want to view or create a report, select the "Reports" tab.

In this screen, you can choose the time period for the report, report type, and filter by the status of the cases in the report.

The "Total Report" shows all events in the selected time period.

Change Report Selection and Save Template

Once you have created a report, you can modify the report selection under "Categories." You can change the report type and time period.

You can select specific categories, choose different severity levels, and choose different statuses for deviation handling. You can also generate reports only for selected units.

If you change your report selection, you have the option to save it as a fixed template – "Save as New."

For example, you can have a template that only shows personal injuries or one that shows deviations regarding fire safety.

Contents of the Report Screen

The report now shows the deviation categories distributed across the departments you have access to.

On the left under "Categories," you can filter your selection by the deviation status and severity, and the graphical and tabular representations of the selected data will update in the window.

At the top of the report, you can see the number of cases in the selection you have made. If you click on this number, in the graph or table, you will get an overview of the deviations (case list).

In the icons above the graph, you have the option to choose whether you want to display/not display the graphical representation. You can also choose not to display categories with zero deviations or sort the view based on which categories appear most frequently. You can also print the graph.

Above the table, you will find an icon that exports the overview to Excel, and you can scroll through if the table contains more columns than what is displayed.

Under "Unit" in the table, you can select subunits in the organizational structure by clicking on the company name (top level). To return to the top level, just click on "Home."
