Microsoft 365 Helpcenter - Create safe sender lists

The section "Use mail flow rules" in that article is the recommended set up that allows you to use multiple rules, to let expected emails come through, but still blocking spam.

A combination of the first three points could be a recommendation, to make it specific and secure.
