How to mass update using Actions in Simployer One people list


When setting up your account or doing re-organization of your employees, departments, managers or offices you might want to act quickly to get things done.


Remember to uncheck the boxes in between Actions



  • Available Actions
  • Add to team
  • Change title
  • Change cost center
  • Change department
  • Change office
  • Change organization
  • Change division
  • Change manager
  • Change permissions
  • Change employment type
  • Send invite email
  • Trigger workflow
  • Export to CSV


Actions can be triggered instantly or scheduled for a later time:


  • Scheduling enables you to plan for confirmed changes in the future, however, as things can change in the meantime you cancel scheduled actions before they take effect. You can view and cancel them here.
