Export employees to Visma Nmbrs

Information about how to use your Nmbrs integration

When you have configured a Visma Nmbrs integration you are able to export users from Simployer One to be created as new users in Visma Nmbrs. You are also able to update existing users in Visma Nmbrs with changes made in Simployer One.

Go to Simployer One, then navigate to People -> Export/Import -> Nmbrs export

When you click Export a new page will open and you will have the option to select what employees you want to export to Visma Nmbrs.

Required fields

In order to be able to export to Visma Nmbrs the following is required

First name
Last name
Birthdate
Hire date (an employment added)

Not connected tab

In the Not Connected tab you can see the employees that has not been exported yet and select them to be exported.

If they does not exist in Visma Nmbrs they will be created as new employees in Visma Nmbrs.

In case of the employee existing in Visma Nmbrs you can match the existing Simployer One profile with the desired Visma Nmbrs profile. This means that you later can update the employee when data has changed in Simployer One.

Connected tab

In the Not Connected tab you can see the employees that has a match between users in Simployer One and in Nmbrs.

You are then here able to update these users in Nmbrs when there is changes on these employees in Simployer One.

You can also choose to disconnect employees that are matched if there is a need for that.

All tab

The all tab shows you all the employees regardless if they are connected or not. You can also choose to disconnect employees that are matched if there is a need for that.
