How to revoke a leave that has already been approved


As an Owner och Admin, sometimes you might need to revoke an approved leave. For instance, perhaps someone accidentally sent a request for the wrong period or the wrong type of leave and so on.


This article will cover how to revoke an approved leave for an employee.


Revoking an approved leave



  1. Go to the employee's Profile > Time off > List and scroll down to Upcoming leaves (or Leave history).
  2. Click on Revoke on the one you want to revoke.


Another option is to find the leave in the Calendar view instead, click on it and then Revoke in the popup.
