Absence % widget
Absence % is the number of “absence leave time” divided with the defined work week hours (minus bank holidays) for the same period.
When creating a Absence % widget you can select:
Name of the chart, the name displayed on the widget.
Date range , for what period the widget should show data.
Group by Category, by what category you want the data to be grouped (all employees is the default)
Select Category items, if you want to have all the category options or only some. In the example below the chart will group by category departments, but only show data for the department Frames, Wheels & Bike Service.
Filter, if you want to make additional filters to your data. In the example below the chart will group by category departments, but only show data for the department Frames, Wheels & Bike Service AND for the employees that are permanent employed.
Additional filter, be able to select what types of leaves should be shown.
Chart type , select between line and barchart.
Absence days widget
Absence days is the number of “absence leave time” per day, divided by the defined hours for that day as defined in work week settings.
Example 1 : If 8 hours is defined in the work week settings and the employee is absent 6 hour for that day then the absence in days is 0.75.
Example 2 : If 8 hours is defined in the work week settings for Monday - Friday (8-12,13-17) and the employee is absent from Monday until 12 hour for that day then the absence in days is 4.5.

Example 1 : An employee has in their work week settings 8-12, 13-17 on a Friday and is absent 14-17. Absence hours is then 3.
Example 2 : An employee has in their work week settings 8-12, 13-17 Monday - Friday and is absent 08:00 Monday until 12:00 Friday. Absence hours is then 36
