New in Insights: Click to Drill Down into Analytics Data
You can now click directly on data points in your analytics widgets to explore the exact underlying data behind each number. This update brings greater transparency and context to your analytics, helping you go from high-level metrics to detailed employee-level insights in one click.
What’s new:
Clickable analytics widgets : Click on numbers in your dashboards to see the full list of employees or events behind them.
Detailed breakdowns: View structured, readable data including employee names
and more.
Info text added: Each widget now includes an explanation of how the data is calculated, so you always know what you’re looking at.
Drill-down is now available across these widget types:
Headcount & FTE
Compensation Cost
Turnover %
Absence % & Hours
Already available for Joiners and Leavers – and now extended to the rest of your key metrics.
