How long is data stored after the customer relationship ends?

Modified on Tue, 1 Apr at 12:54 PM

Upon the termination of a customer relationship, Simployer implements a structured data retention and deletion process:

  1. Immediate Access Disabling: All access to the customer's data is promptly disabled following the conclusion of the agreement

  2. Quarantine Period: The customer's data is placed in a quarantine state for a duration of three months.

  3. Data Deletion: After the three-month quarantine, the data is permanently deleted

  4. Backup Expiration: Ninety days subsequent to the data deletion, backups taken at the agreement's end expire, eliminating all possibilities for data reconstruction.

This comprehensive process ensures that customer data is securely and systematically erased after the termination of the customer relationship.
