Person


  • We have created a new person in Simployer, but they are not being transferred to Xledger. Why?
    This may be due to a missing mandatory field. The required fields are: 
    • Employee number
    • First name
    • Last name
    • National ID number (Fødselsnummer) or D-number
    • Start date of an active position

          If a short name is registered for the person, it cannot exceed 5 characters


Absence

  • Why hasn’t an absence been transferred to Xledger?
    Hvorfor har ikke et fravær kommet over til Xledger?Fravær blir overført når det er godkjent i Simployer.
    • Absence is transferred once it is approved in Simployer.
      • Vacation, leave, and time off are transferred when the manager approves the employee’s request.
    • For sick leave, specific rules apply:

      • Self-reported sick leave is sent when the manager confirms it.
      • Both self-reported sick leave and a doctor’s note are sent when the manager enters the first sick note or when a sick note is received from Altinn.
      • Self-reported sick leave is sent automatically when the set approval time has passed.
      • If a doctor’s note is received from Altinn without a sick leave record being created first, the system waits before sending it. Once the sick leave is created, all related doctor’s notes will be sent together.

            All absences are sent with a start and end date. Absence data is processed in a scheduled job that runs once per day.
