What do I have to do to get it to work? 

Nothing. When the export job is set up in the production environment it will run according to the schedule. 

Do internal IT have to be involved? 

No 

Why is not data shown in the other system  

Receiving systems might have other mandatory fields than Simployer.  You should check if you have filled out all mandatory fields 

What should I do if I suspect that there are issues with the integration 

Simployer needs to be able to track and try to reproduce the issue.  Therefore, we need information on:  

  • When did you make the changes in Simployer? 

  • What data have been entered in Simployer and what did you expect to show in the other system? 

  • Employee number and name you are missing data on.

What does this export do? 

According to the agreed schedule an integration job will extract information from Simployer and We want to create a file in an ftp folder that your Agda provider has prepared for receiving the csv file. 

Do others have to be involved? 

Your Agda provider should be involved in setting up automated import into Agda 

Will all data for all employees be updated? 

All data will be exported into the file, but it is how the import job is set up that will decide what is updated/inserted into Agda.
