How can a manager invite their own employees?

For managers to invite their own employees, the dialog administrator must go into the relevant template they want to use → go to “Managers with rights to invite” and select the access group: Manager. Then, the dialog administrator must create the conversation round using that template.

Once the conversation round is created, it will be available to everyone in the access group Manager (i.e. all managers), allowing them to go in and invite their own employees. If it’s the first time doing this, it might be a good idea to call support for some guidance.
