Problems with playback of digital courses

If you're having playback issues, this checklist might be helpful:

  • You can always refresh the page by pressing F5.

  • Have you accepted cookies?

  • Do you have the latest version of your web browser?

  • Are you launching the seminar within a VPN network? Make sure to open it outside the network.

  • Are you watching the course on a mobile or tablet with a recent iOS device? Turn off pop-up blocking in Safari.

  • Is the sound on? Check the audio settings both on your device and in the playback window. We recommend using headphones for best sound quality!

  • Is the audio and video out of sync? Press F5 to refresh the page — the audio should sync up again.

  • Hearing an echo? Check if you have multiple tabs with the playback open at the same time!
