To ensure efficient and scalable invoicing for all our customers, Simployer sends invoices electronically and cannot accommodate custom portal requirements or additional agreements.
To streamline and efficiently manage invoicing for our thousands of customers, Simployer sends all invoices electronically, primarily via email (other options such as EHF are also available where supported).
Using portals or other systems often requires specific named contacts on our end, training, and/or signing agreements or terms outside our standard customer agreement — making them unscalable due to our large and growing customer base and the fact that invoices are typically sent only once a year.
We therefore ask that you provide an email address for invoice delivery or confirm that any system on your side for handling invoices does not depend on specific named individuals from our side and does not require any additional terms, agreements, or codes to be signed.
