- A new person has been created in Simployer but is not being transferred. Are there mandatory data fields?
Yes, the required fields are:- First name and last name
- Employee number
- Active position with a start date
Absence
- An approved leave request in Simployer needs to be changed (e.g., vacation on different dates). Why are the changes not transferred?
We do not transfer changes to already approved absences. Any modifications must be registered manually in Tidsbanken.
- Why hasn’t an absence been transferred to Tidsbanken?
The most common reason is that the employee has not registered a shift for that day, or the absence exceeds the number of hours allocated for that day.
- We have created a new absence type in Simployer/Tidsbanken. How do we ensure the absence is transferred?
Absence types must be created in both systems for the transfer to work. Check that the absence type has the same code in both systems. For example, vacation has the code FE in both Simployer and Tidsbanken.
