Trouble playing a digital course
If you’re experiencing playback issues, this checklist might help:
Try refreshing the page by pressing F5.
Have you accepted cookies?
Is your browser updated to the latest version?
Are you running the seminar through a VPN? Make sure it's opened outside the VPN network.
Watching on a newer iOS device (iPhone/iPad)? Disable pop-up blocking in Safari.
Is the sound on? Check audio settings both on your device and in the player. We recommend using headphones for the best sound quality.
Is the sound out of sync with the video? Press F5 to refresh and re-sync.
Hearing an echo? Check if you have multiple tabs open with the seminar running.
