Trouble playing a digital course


If you’re experiencing playback issues, this checklist might help:

  • Try refreshing the page by pressing F5.

  • Have you accepted cookies?

  • Is your browser updated to the latest version?

  • Are you running the seminar through a VPN? Make sure it's opened outside the VPN network.

  • Watching on a newer iOS device (iPhone/iPad)? Disable pop-up blocking in Safari.

  • Is the sound on? Check audio settings both on your device and in the player. We recommend using headphones for the best sound quality.

  • Is the sound out of sync with the video? Press F5 to refresh and re-sync.

  • Hearing an echo? Check if you have multiple tabs open with the seminar running.
