My course account is empty and shows no courses

This is often caused by having multiple user profiles in our learning platform and logging in with the wrong username.


Try this:


  • Log out completely from your user profile.

  • Try logging in again using a different username.

If you have automatic login enabled and it takes you to a blank duplicate profile, you can try logging in through a private/incognito window.


Here’s how:
Press Ctrl + Shift + N


Then go to simployer.com in the address bar and log in to Courses and Conferences.
