In accordance with Simployer’s applicable terms and conditions, Simployer reserves the right to adjust prices once per calendar year.
The price for the right of use, including updates and maintenance, may be adjusted by the Supplier once per year. Any price increase exceeding the Consumer Price Index (CPI), based on the year of purchase, shall be duly notified to the Customer.
If you are uncertain which index applies to your agreement, you will find this information in your contractual terms.
The price adjustment reflects the general cost development related to operations, support, maintenance, and further development of Simployer’s solutions and services. This adjustment is necessary to ensure continued high quality, stability, and functionality in our deliveries.
If the number of users increases after the renewal date, the Supplier has the right to invoice the Customer for the additional users until the end of the contractual period.
