What are Ready-Made Handbooks?

Simployer provides ready-made, verified content packs (for example, "Chef - SE - in English" and "Personal - SE - in English") that you can activate instead of creating your own content pack from scratch.

How do I find Ready-Made Handbooks?

1. Select Handbooks in the left-hand menu.
2. Select Content Management in the top-right corner.

Ready-made packs are marked Simployer Verified and show the number of published articles they contain.

How do I activate a Ready-Made Handbook?

Toggle Use this content pack on for the pack you want to activate. This is the only step required to activate a Simployer Verified content pack.

How do I customize a Ready-Made Handbook article?

Some Simployer-verified articles need your own information – for example, a link to your sustainability report. These sections are marked with a placeholder prompt or dotted outline, asking you to provide something specific. Fill in this information directly in the article's section text.

How do I remove an article from a Ready-Made Handbook?

If a Ready-Made Handbook contains an article you don't want to use, unpublish it from the content pack page using the publish toggle next to the article.

Which languages are available?

Customers can be given access to additional languages on request. If you are entitled to one language, you can access all languages.

Can I add my own articles to a Simployer Verified Content Pack?

No. Customers cannot add their own articles to a Simployer Verified Content Pack. Simployer manages the lifecycle of articles in these packs, including updates, additions, and removals over time.

You can add custom sections to existing Simployer articles — these are preserved when the article is updated. To create entirely new articles, use your own custom content packs.
