Administrator unable to Edit Handbook

Modified on Thu, 6 Aug at 3:45 PM

If you are unable to edit a handbook, the most common reason is that you have opened it using a read-only link and are not logged in with your own user account.

If you navigate to handbooks.simployer.com and are taken directly to the handbook, click the Global Menu (the square icon in the upper-left corner).

Check which user is currently signed in. If you do not see your own name, click the displayed user and select Log out. You will then be taken to the login page, where you can sign in with your own username and password.

After logging in again, return to the handbook. You should now see the Edit option when you click the Actions button (the round button with three dots) on the handbook's home page.
