How do I use the Simployer One mobile app? 

Use the Simployer One mobile app to access common HR tasks, company announcements, your team, and your time off information while on the go. 

What can I do from the Home screen?

The Home screen is the first screen you see after signing in. From here you can: 

1. Chat with Sia, the AI assistant. 
2. Use Quick actions to: 
   • Report time off 
   • Report sick leave 
   • View pending tasks 
3. Read company announcements shown on the Home screen. 

What can I find in the bottom navigation?

Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the app to move between features: 

• Home – Return to the Home screen. 
• Chat – Open Sia, the AI assistant. 
• People – Search for colleagues in the Everyone tab or view your closest colleagues in the My Team tab. 
• Time – View your vacation balance, request time off, and review Upcoming leave and Leave history. 
• Inbox – View pending tasks and other items that require your attention. 

How do I access my profile and app settings?

Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the app. 

From your profile you can: 

• View your profile information. 
• Change app preferences, including Language, Appearance, and Notifications. 
• Open Help & Support, which redirects you to Simployer Support. 
• Sign out of the app. 

Important

You cannot edit your profile information in the mobile app. To update your employee information, sign in to the Simployer One web application.

Can I edit my employee profile in the mobile app?

No. Profile information can only be edited in the Simployer One web application. 

Can I request time off from the mobile app?

Yes. Open the Time tab to request time off and view your leave balance and leave history.
