The deviation has been sent to the wrong case handler, and I want to change this. What should I do?

You need to open the relevant deviation and click on "Process Case". In the box that appears, click on the arrow next to the case handler field, and a list of available options will appear. If the correct person does not show up, you need to contact the system administrator for assistance. There may be an issue with the setup, preventing that person from being assigned as responsible for the deviation.
