Password reset for deviation system (multi-user login)
If employees are unable to log in to the deviation system, this is considered a deviation in itself. The most common cause is that the password for the multi-user login has been changed.
Go to the case handling page.
In the top menu, select Users → Multi-users.
You will now see a list of the multi-users that have been created.
Click on the name of the multi-user where you need to create a new password.
Fill in the new password (the box will not show the previous one).
Save the change.
Inform and update employees about the new login details for the deviation multi-user.
