Password reset for deviation system (multi-user login)

If employees are unable to log in to the deviation system, this is considered a deviation in itself. The most common cause is that the password for the multi-user login has been changed.


  • Go to the case handling page.

  • In the top menu, select Users → Multi-users.

  • You will now see a list of the multi-users that have been created.



  • Click on the name of the multi-user where you need to create a new password.

  • Fill in the new password (the box will not show the previous one).

  • Save the change.

  • Inform and update employees about the new login details for the deviation multi-user.
