How do I delete a case handler?

Go to "Case Management" and select "Organization" in the blue top menu. Click on the relevant department. In the bottom right corner, you will see the people assigned to the department. To remove a person, uncheck all role assignments for them. Once done, click "Save". Do not use the "Deactivate" or "Delete" buttons, as they apply to the entire department.
