Who can see and use Segments?

Segments is available to Workplace and Enterprise accounts that are using attributes. If you would like to add attributes to your account and get the benefit of these features, please read more here.

Administrators can see the results for all groups and all attributes in the account. Managers that are allowed to see and filter results on attributes will be able to see the Segments page for groups they have access to.
