What are segments in Employee Surveys?
Segments in Employee Surveys display results categorized by the attributes in your Employee Surveys account.
Examples of segment attributes include age, gender, and length of employment.
Segments are available only if attributes have been added to your Employee Surveys account.
Use segments when you need to understand how results differ between employee groups based on available attributes.
All numerical questions in the selected pulse are displayed on the Segments page.
Non-numerical questions, such as free text questions, are found under Employee Surveys > Results, Individual Questions tab. Use the segment filter in Individual Questions to review those answers by segment.
Note: Not all companies use segments in Employee Surveys. If your company does not use segments, this view may not be available or may not contain data.
