Different employee groupings and registration in Simployer Classic

It is possible to have different employee groupings in Simployer without the need for registration of employment or a position. 


We recommend creating a separate legal entity called "Board Members." 


If you wish to register employment for them, we suggest creating a separate personnel category and job title. You can do this under "Administration Personnel Categories." 


Create a new personnel category, e.g., "Board Members." Do not check the boxes for including them in sick leave statistics or FTE calculations. 


Employees assigned to this category will not be included in the statistics. If you create positions for them, you can also define a job title such as "Board Member."
