You can send a welcome letter to the employee to provide them with their username for their Simployer Classic account and to allow them to create their own password.
To do this:
Go to the top menu on the person's General Info page and select "Send welcome letter".
Choose "With username and password".
In the next screen, you will see the friendly email that the new employee will receive from Simployer, containing information about the username, a link to set their password, and a link to log in to Simployer Classic.
If you scroll down a bit in this screen, you will also have the option to add your own message to the employee, which will appear in the second paragraph of the email.
Unfortunately, there is no save function for the customer's own text, so it must be entered manually for each letter you send out.
