You can generate an overview in Excel by going to the process module and selecting "Manage Processes → Process Overview/Task Overview."
Once inside one of the overviews, you’ll need to make some selections. In my attachment, I have chosen all categories and status → All. Each column has up/down arrows for sorting, so I sorted the Status column to group statuses together.
After that, click "Export" and open the Excel file.
The report unfortunately does not show when a task was completed, only the deadlines. However, you can check this by opening a process or task. At the top, there is a field called "Completed by", which shows who completed the process/task and when it was done.
