We always have Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off and don't want these days to be counted when an employee applies for vacation on other days. How can we adjust this?

You can adjust public holidays in Simployer, and they will then appear as 'red days.' If you wish to add or remove red days, this can be done in the menu on the left under Administration -> Fixed Registers -> Public Holidays.
