In this article we will cover how you as a user can review your current vacation balance in Simployer One. To read more on how to do it in the Slackbot, check out our article about it here.

1. Paid vacation days left this year: The amount of paid days you have left this year.
2. Unpaid vacation days left: The amount of unpaid days you have left this year.
3. Saved days: The total amount of saved days left.

4. Saved vacation days YYYY: This is a breakdown of the amount of days saved from previous years.
5. Total spent vacation days this year: Sum of all spent vacations days this year.
6. Paid vacation days at the start of this year: The amount of paid days you started this year with. This number takes Vacation adjustment in to account (see below).
7. Calculated earned days for this year: How many days you will earn this year. Depending on your employee contract this could be the number of days you have available already or it can be the number of days you will have next year.
Only visible to Admins & Owners

8. Vacation day adjustment: Used to adjust the balance of available days. Negative numbers remove days, positive adds days.Also used for setting up the account to correct values.
