Import existing users

If you have an HSE manual, other handbooks, or Simployer Portal, you should import the users who are already created on the other platform. When you go to "Administration" and "Users," you can upload existing users who should have an active role in the system (e.g., case handler, administrator, etc.).

To import users from the handbooks:

  1. Go to the "Users" tab under Administration.
  2. Click on "Import users" in the left menu.
  3. Check the box next to all users you want to upload and grant access to the system, then click "Import."
  4. Then click on the link with the user's name to view the user's settings (read more about user settings under New Users). Make any necessary changes and click "Save."
